Breakfast was delicious and the price for the rooms was great. Very clean and nice hotel.
It was just okay. Nothing outstanding. Offers the services & similar highlights of any city that size. The city layout makes it very difficult to get around. Could use more useful street signage in town. Thankful for my GPS.
The day trip we took up to Elkwater/Cypress Hills was wonderful. Very nice relaxing drive.

I recommend this hotel.
I recommend this hotel. Very helpful staff, good warm breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet location, close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel is pet-friendly, and there is no pet surcharge.
We plan to visit Medicine Hat again in the summer. An interesting heritage downtown, with friendly people.

Medicine Hat is a beautiful city.
Medicine Hat is a beautiful city. Easy to get around and has some wonderful old buildings, Medalta pottery is well worth the tour. Shopping is good for a small city. The drive along the river has beautiful old homes and lovely trees.

Didn't get to see much.
Didn't get to see much. Stopped in Medicine Hat instead if Swiff Current because the road we were on didn't have gas stations & we would have ran out of gas & by the time we arrived we were tired

It's very hot there.
It's very hot there. The city has some wonderful places to visit and is central to many more in that area of the province. Lots of shopping and eating out options as well as parks. It's not a large city so easy to get around with the main highway running through it. So many trails in beautiful river settings too!

We were there as my husband was having surgery at the hospital. Hospital was fantastic. Great staff, not super busy. Enjoyed being close to a lovely shopping centre. The downtown of Medicine Hat was very interesting . Lots of historic buildings. Beautiful little parks and flowers. Found one cafe called “Inspire” that was also an art gallery showcasing local artists. Great lunch and coffee place.
The staff is extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Always a friendly smile and word, no matter where you met in the building. Breakfast was a choice of waffles or some sweet granola. We brought our own, since we like it a bit healthier. Location was downtown and very quiet. Lots of people living long-term in this hotel, which didn't cause any problems.
The room was clean and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. They were short staffed but that did not effect to service or helpfulness just slowed the breakfast process down slightly. They followed advertised COVID protocols which were very important to us. Would recommend to anyone needing a place in Medicine Hat and will stay there again.
we have stayed at this hotel for many years and have had many memories there. the buffet used to be amazing, of course during COVID you are limited to how this can be served but since the buffet has moved out of the restaurant it is t as good not as much selection and the buffet was one of the reasons we enjoyed this hotel so much.
Breakfast was as expected given its complimentary. Room was updated and clean, bed was comfortable. Rana at the front desk was great, friendly and personable. Recommended a restaurant and called me after checkout to let me know that I had forgotten my IPad.
Not all hotels would have done this. greatly appreciated!!
Comfy bed and good pillows in fact better than the 3 star hotel I had stayed in for the previous 6 days. Instant very hot water in the bathroom and the whole unit was very clean. Obviously well built because I was not disturbed by neighbours TV. Good location with easy access to everything Medicine Hat has to offer.
The property was easy to navigate, room numbers are not logical but there is signage telling you where to go. We were on the second floor but room 402. Continental breakfast was tasty and a lot more warm food options than most hotels. Staff were all very friendly and personable.
The owner is very friendly and willing to help in any way to make your stay a great one. There are two restaurants that share the parking lot, one with a little store, so lots of options for food. It's my favorite place to get a room in when I'm in Medicine Hat.
There wasn’t much to like. The hotel was horrible. Holes in the ceiling with wires coming out. Door knobs were loose, power outlets didn’t work. Bugs im the room. Beds were old and sunk in. The place was a complete dump.
Convenient because I was driving through Medicine Hate during my move. The front desk was open late so my late checkin wasn't a problem. I left early, so the early breakfast was convenient.
I booked based on the reviews and glad I did. The staff were so nice, room was clean and comfy. The location was fantastic, able to walk from hotel for a variety of convinces.
The staff accommodated changes when my flights were delayed due to issues, even though I found the hotel through a third party. Excellent care, great breakfast.
