Great room. Excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who had a good positive attitude. Good location for St Aubin. We will use again.

Great location, staff that go the extra mile. It was prefect for a chilled break. We have been to Jersey lots of times and usually stay at one of the big hotels in St Helier, this was just delightful. Would definitely opt to stay out of town again.

Breakfast was varied, both full English and continental. Lots to choose from and pastries were yummy. Not too far from Gorey harbour and the castle, beautiful. A short 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop where you can hop on a bus either way, they run every 10mins. Best to get a bus pass from bus station in St helier. They come in 1,2,3 or 7 day passes, (unlimited travel).
Jersey reminds me of England 30 years ago, tranquil, everyone is really friendly. Food is great and pace of life is more relaxed. Definitely coming back for another visit.
Beautiful scenery! The side road around the little harbor is totally quiet and starting point for beautiful coastal walks. Fort Aubin causeway is also exciting to walk.
The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. Lovely and very well-serviced promenade to St. Helier, also offering a cycling lane.
Very nice pubs, cafés and restaurants. We had dinner at Sorrento, Noya Shapla and Sugar Banana, which were all excellent.
Frequent and on time bus services to St. Helier, St. Brelade, Corbière, L‘Etaq and the airport.

We also ate at the Tenby pub on seafront food good there to we found you had to book a table most places were booked up
All in all fantastic break
Perfect location with spectacular views. Very welcoming family owners and staff. Room was great with large bed, large TV, fridge and safe. En suite bathroom was large with bathrobes, slippers and lovely toiletries. Large rainfall shower. Nothing was to much trouble for the hotel team. Breakfast was amazing, continental followed by a wide selection from a menu, all cooked fresh and to perfection, fresh coffee and daily specials offered and to top it off you ate overlooking the bay, wonderful.
The setting was peaceful, well kept and not at all crowded. We stayed in a cottage which was comfortable and well equipped. We sat in the garden with a glass of wine and watched red squirrels run up the trees. We had the use of the hotel facilities, with superb food, lovely staff and even a pool. Excellent value for money and we would recommend Hotel la place without reservation.
Due to a ferry delay they waited for us until the middle of the night and gave us free parkingcard in front of the hotel. Everybody was very kind, great English breakfast and very good Italian cuisine in the evening in very nice surroundings. Tea and coffee in the room. We had a smaller room with separate toilet en douche and lavabo in the room. Good price.
Fantastic location. On the 15 bus route to airport and St Helier. Shirt walk to St Albun harbour. Nude Food on the beach in front of the hotel is very good. Swimming pool was heated and lovely. Breakfast was excellent, Eggs Royal were tasty. We had room 12 it was a suite, massive and roll top bath. Perfect stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Superb refurbishment in 2022 makes this hotel exceptional. The room was beautiful, comfortable, snug, furnishings were top class. Whole of the interior of the hotel was amazing. We only stopped 1 night due to delayed flight. I will be going back in the Summer the view from hotel over the bay is gorgeous.
The location could not be better. Staff were helpful and friendly. The swimming pool (heated), was very well maintained and set in large gardens with ample sun beds and towels. Breakfast had probably the best selection I have come across. This was my 3rd visit to Jersey and my favourite location and hotel.
The staff went out of their way to help . very polite, efficient and everything you could wish for. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner.View from our top front bedroom was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again should we be fortunate to be in Jersey again.
Great location, staff that go the extra mile. It was prefect for a chilled break. We have been to Jersey lots of times and usually stay at one of the big hotels in St Helier, this was just delightful. Would definitely opt to stay out of town again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful overlooking the harbour. The food at the hotel in the evenings was wonderful. The breakfasts were good but the addition of a fruit option would have been nice
Such a cute cosy hotel - absolutely great location and owners and staff were incredible. Such a lovely hotel i’d recommend to anyone! Breakfast was great every morning and the most welcoming hosts. Comfy and cosy!
